Quadient AP now supports syncing custom lists on your vendor bill forms from NetSuite. This allows the custom lists and list items to be coded to your invoice in Quadient AP and synced back to NetSuite. The custom list is placed on either the header or line item level in Quadient AP based on the configuration in NetSuite.
Your Customer Success Manager will assist you with enabling the custom list sync in Quadient AP. To be eligible for custom list sync, you must meet the following requirements in NetSuite.
NetSuite Custom List Sync Prerequisites
Prior to enabling custom list sync, you may need to make some changes to your NetSuite permissions. Please note that changes to NetSuite permissions may take up to 4 hours to update. We recommend making any permissions changes to NetSuite a day prior to enabling the Custom List sync.
NetSuite version
This feature is currently available for users on versions 2022.1 and 2022.2 of NetSuite.

Custom List sync for Header lists
If your custom lists are enabled at the header level, navigate to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Transaction Body Fields.
For header level custom lists, Quadient AP requires the following criteria to successfully sync the list.

- The custom field is applied to either:

NetSuite Token Role permissions
The NetSuite token role requires the following permission to sync custom lists at both the header and line item levels. Please note that if you need to make updates to your token role permissions, we recommend making the updates a day prior to enabling the Custom List sync.
Once all the above prerequisites are confirmed, contact your Customer Success Manager to have the Custom List Sync feature enabled.
