This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Once a batch of invoices is exported, you can download a copy of the export file. Depending on your ERP, the file will be in one of the following formats:
- XML
- JSON
- CSV
- TXT
How to Download a Copy of the Invoice Export File
In the Ready to Export tab click View Exports. Locate the batch of invoices you want to download a copy of, and click the download icon. A copy of the export batch will be downloaded onto your computer.
