
To resolve this error, a System Administrator will need to complete the following steps. Please ensure to have your QuickBooks Admin username and password to hand.

Go to Settings.

Select ERP Management.

Under Legal Entity, select the Legal Entity that is receiving this error.

Under ERP Properties, select Disconnect from QuickBooks Online.

Once this has completed select Connect with QuickBooks Online. This will prompt you to enter your QuickBooks Admin username and password.

Export your invoices/payments in Sync Error as Data again, and run another sync.
