Rent Manager - Pre-connection checklist

Overview

Beanworks connects to Rent Manager through API integration. Please review the below information before your integration to ensure you are set up for success. 

Pre-connection requirement checklist

• Beanworks System Admin username and password 

• Rent Manager Admin username and password

• Access to all of the Rent Manager companies integrating with Beanworks

• A specific connection user in Rent Manager (optional)

Rent Manager requires a user with specific permissions to request the connection to Beanworks. Typically these permissions are already used by the System Administrator user, or a specific user can be created to connect with Beanworks. The required user permissions can be found here.
