Please Note
You need to be a system admin in order to setup an approval channel(s) for expenses.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: Go to Settings
STEP 2: Select the legal entity you want to setup the approval channel for. Please note, that you have to select the legal entity only if you have multiple legal entities / companies. If you only have one legal entity / company then you will not have the option to select the legal entity and you can directly create an approval channel.
STEP 3: Create an approval channel
An expense report approval channel can be created based on the following criteria -
Amount
Lists
Below is an example of an approval channel set with an amount criteria.
You can create an approval channel either with single approver or group approvals.
Below is an example of an approval channel with multiple approvers.
