How to Use the Batch Create User Function

Note: The Batch Create User function works the same for Quadient AP's Classic UI and the Quadient Hub.

Batch Create User allows you to create multiple users in one go. User information can be entered manually or copied from a table. To use this function:

  1. Go to Settings | Batch Create User
  2. Enter the following for each user:
    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Username (email address)

    • Home Org Unit (case sensitive)

    • Roles (case sensitive) - user commas to separate multiple roles.

  3. Click Save Users

Auto capture emails will automatically populate once the users are saved. To set a single-use password for each user, follow the steps here.
