How do I change my Password?

Any user can modify their password in Beanworks once they are logged in.

To change your password:

• Click on the settings icon (gears icon) in the top right corner of any Beanworks page and select 'Profile'.

• Click on the pencil or the highlighted text 'Change Password' to open up the user editing pop up.

• Type in your current password, then type in a new password (must be 8 or more characters) in the 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' text boxes.  

Please note your company may have a strong password facility enabled, if this is the case then your password may have to match these criteria:

• Must be a minimum of 9 characters or more.

• Must contain at least one uppercase, one lower case, one number and one symbol.

• Cannot be one of your last six passwords.

• Password must be changed every 60 days.
