Can I see who else has approved a purchase order? - NextGen

Depending on your workflow, you may have one or more approvers for your purchase orders. You can see all approval history in the purchase order details view.

View approval progress on a purchase order

Click into the details view of the purchase order, and click the thumb icon on the right to view the approval progress. Here you will see who has already approved the purchase order, and which users still need to approve.
