How to Get Notified That Your Invoice Is Approved

QAP provides a number of email notifications, including a notification for when a purchase order you created is fully approved or rejected. Click here to learn more about all the notifications provided by QAP. To enable these notifications:

1. Navigate to Settings | My Profile | Notifications
2. Select 'Notify when an invoice I submitted is approved' and 'Notify when an invoice I submitted is rejected'.
3. Click Save
