Quadient is excited to expand its Hub access to Quadient AP users. With this comes a new, revamped User Management experience. This feature is available on both Classic and NextGen versions of the Quadient AP UI.
For customers on our NextGen UI, you may see the new User Management view before you are migrated to Quadient Hub.
Access to the Quadient Hub is being released on a rolling basis. You will be notified by your Customer Success Manager when it is your time to move to the Hub. If you're not using the Hub, check out our articles on User Management here. To learn more about the Quadient Hub, check out our article here.
How to edit a user profile
Individual users
Individual users can edit their profile through the My Profile view in Settings. Users can edit their display name and language, view and edit their Absence coverage if they are Invoice or Purchase Order Approvers, and change their notifications. Check out our article here to learn more about the My Profile view and what changes individual users can make.
System Administrators
System Administrators can view and edit both their own and other users' profiles. In the My Profile view, System Administrators will see their own profile information. To access other users' profiles, navigate to the User Management view, and click on a user's name. This will open the profile edit view for that user.
Profile tab
In the Profile tab, System Administrators can edit individual users' First and Last Name fields, and toggle a user from Active to Inactive using the Disable feature.
Permissions tab
System Administrators are able to edit an individual user's roles and access in Quadient AP under the Permissions tab. Remember to press Save to save any changes.
Absence Tab
The Absence feature allows users to set substitute approvers for times when they will be unable to approve invoices or purchase orders. You can learn more about this feature here. System Administrators can view, set, and remove substitute approvers for individual users.
Notifications Tab
In the Notifications tab, System Administrators can edit what notifications an individual user receives from Quadient AP. As with individual users, notifications can only be set for the modules the users can access.
