This guide covers all newly-developed functionality for Quadient AP in January 2024. These features have been implemented according to our planned development and in reaction to feedback from our customers. The following new functionalities are available for customers using the NextGen UI version of Quadient AP.

New Functionality in the Invoices Module

Export Invoices as Data and PDF

Invoices can now be exported using the combined Data and PDF option. To do this:

  1. Go to Invoices | Ready to Export.

  2. Highlight the invoices to be exported.

  3. Click the three dots to open the Export Options menu.

  4. Select Export as Data and PDF.

This export method creates the data file used to sync the invoices to your ERP System while also generating a PDF report of them.

New Functionality in the Invoices and Purchase Orders Modules

Column Separators

There are now columns separators in each tab of the Invoices and Purchase Orders modules. These separators allow you to easily locate the end of the column. Click and hold the separator icon to conveniently resize the column.

These separators are also found in the line item menus on both invoice and purchase order transactions.

New Functionality in the Settings Module

The following new functionalities are available for customers using the Quadient Hub to log in to Accounts Payable by Beanworks.

Disable Failed Users in User Management

System Administrators can now disable users that are in Failed status. To do this:

  1. Go to Settings | User Management.

  2. Click on the failed user.

  3. Click the Disable button to disable the user.

This allows you to easily remove Failed users and recreate them correctly if needed. Disabled users are moved to the bottom of your Users list.

Sign in with Quadient Hub button

Customer using the Quadient Hub can now easily log in through the Beanworks AP log in page. To do this:

  1. Go to the Beanworks AP log in page.

  2. Click the Sign in with Quadient Hub button.

  3. Continue to log in through the Quadient Hub.

This feature is available for users who have already logged in at least once using the Quadient Hub. If you are using the Quadient Hub to log in for the first time, please review our guide here.
