QAP can import analytical dimensions from SAP Business One and display them as lists. These lists can be used when coding invoices and purchase orders.
Importing Analytical Dimensions
When QAP first syncs with SAP Business One, all analytical dimensions will be imported as deactivated lists. Go to Settings | List Management and activate the lists.
The dimension's description in SAP Business One is used as the list display name in QAP. List items use the distribution rule's code and description fields for their display names.
When coding invoices and purchase orders, the dimension lists are displayed on the line item level. Dimension lists on a SAP Business One invoice.
