Intacct - How to set up a link to the Invoice exported from Beanworks.

Beanworks exports a link to the invoice using a custom field in Intacct. You'll need to follow these few steps for this feature to work. 

Set Up

In the ‘old’ UI, select “Custom Fields” in the Platform Services menu:

Choose object to extend: apbill

Select URL for the data type.

Configure the URL properties like so:

NOTE: The Field Id must be BEANWORKS as seen above, the other fields can be named to your liking. 

Press enter on the options that follow Next.
