Beanworks can send daily email notifications for invoice Sync Errors requiring your attention.
Prerequisites
Users with the following roles can enable Sync Error notifications.
Invoice Exporter
Invoice Administrator
System Administrator
How it works
In Beanworks, go to Settings → My Profile → Edit Profile → Notifications. Under Invoice, you can enable the Sync Error notification. Press save to save any changes made.
The daily email notification includes a link to view the invoices in Sync Error. You can see the invoice Legal Entities at a glance in the email body.
