Occasionally when syncing from Quadient AP into Sage 100, you may receive the sync error message 'Error: Failed to initialize the ProvideX library'
How to resolve this sync error
This sync error happens when Sage 100 fails to connect with Quadient AP. To resolve this, completely close Sage 100. If needed, end Sage 100 through the Task Manager. Re-open Sage 100 and initiate another sync.
In certain circumstances with this error, invoice batches fail to reach Sage 100 and not move to Sync Error status. Reach out to our Support Team for assistance to re-export the invoices.
