Self Serve
Utilize our Help Centre to connect Quadient AP to your new ERP! View our step-by-step connection guides below for a seamless switchover. For new ERP connections, you must create a new Legal Entity in Quadient AP to preserve old data and have the new ERP connect as expected. Follow our guides here to create the new Legal Entity(s).

Quadient AP-Assisted
Your Customer Success Manager can help with your ERP change and provide workflow and training for you and your team. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you are interested in these professional services. If you're unsure who your CSM is, please email help@beanworks.com.
Payments Module
If you use the Quadient AP Payments module, you must contact your CSM to ensure your payment partner connections are transferred smoothly.
