Modified on Tue, 13 Feb 2024 at 11:21 AM

Quadient is excited to expand its Hub access to Quadient AP users. With this comes a new, revamped User Management experience. This feature is available on both Classic and NextGen versions of the Quadient AP UI.

For customers on our NextGen UI, you may see the new User Management view before you are migrated to Quadient Hub.

Access to the Quadient Hub is being released on a rolling basis. You will be notified by your Customer Success Manager when it is your time to move to the Hub. If you're not using the Hub, check out our articles on User Management here. To learn more about the Quadient Hub, check out our article here.

How to search and filter for users in User Management

The revamped User Management section now includes search and filtering capabilities. Invoice, Purchase Order, and Payment Administrators can view the User Management table and search for users, while System Administrators can view, search, and edit user profiles.

Filtering

The following criteria filters can filter users. Multiple criteria filters can be used at the same time, as well as multiple options selected under each filter.

  • Status: Users can be filtered by Absent, Active, and Disabled status. For assistance with users in Failed status, contact our Support team here
  • Role: Users can be filtered by their role in Quadient AP
  • Org Unit Access: Users can be filtered by which Org Units or Legal Entities they have access to in Quadient AP

Searching

User the Search bar to quickly locate users. You can search by any information found in the Full Name and Email fields. Filters should be used to quickly locate users by their Role, Status, or Org Unit access.
