QAP requires the following to connect successfully to Acumatica:
- System version
- Firewall
- Customizer user
System Version
Acumatica must be version 2023 R2 or later to connect to QAP. We recommend using version 2025 R2 if possible. In Acumatica go to Tools | About to find your current version.
Firewall
Ensure that the following IP addresses are allowed through your firewall so that QAP can send and receive data to and from Acumatica:

Customizer User
When connecting to Acumatica, QAP requires the credentials of an Acumatica user with the Customizer role. This allows QAP to install a custom endpoint package named Quadient, which allows QAP and Acumatica to communicate smoothly.
