QAP supports Sage 100's Job Costing feature. To enable this feature, contact your Customer Success Manager.
To code these transactions, ensure that the following lists are active:
- Cost Code
- Cost Type
- Job
When coding an invoice, selecting a value from a Job Cost list will scope the options available in other lists. In this example, only Cost Type categories associated with the Cost Code 1A12BC122: Cost Code 1 are visible.
