WHAT DATA IS SYNCED BETWEEN BEANWORKS and XERO

The following information is synced between Beanworks and Xero.

  • Lists are imported into Beanworks from Xero.

  • Invoice data is exported from Beanworks into Xero.

  • Payment data is imported into Beanworks from Xero.

LISTS IMPORTED INTO BEANWORKS

  • Vendor

  • Account

  • Item

  • Bank Account

  • Currency

DATA POINTS EXPORTED FROM BEANWORKS

Header:

  1. Supplier Code / Vendor Code

  2. Invoice Number

  3. Invoice Date

  4. Invoice Due Date

  5. Invoice Total

Invoice Line Items:

  1. GL Account Code

  2. Amount

Note: Payment data is also imported into Beanworks from Xero. Payments are matched to the existing invoices.
