Sage Intacct Sync Error - This user is in LOCKEDOUT state

Quadient AP utilises a Web Services user to connect to Sage Intacct. This user may become locked out of Intacct, and you'll receive the following error message when running a sync: This user is in LOCKEDOUT state - Sign-in information is incorrect. 



How to unlock the Web Services user

Log into Intacct as an Administrator. Click the Applications dropdown, select Company, and under Admin select Web Services users.


Locate the Web Services user used for Quadient AP, and click Edit. 



Scroll down to the Status field. In the dropdown menu, change the status from Locked to Active, and press Save. 


Please allow a few moments for the change to take effect, and then proceed with your actions in Quadient AP. If you continue to have issues after completing these steps, please reach out to our Support team for further assistance.
