This error occurs when running a sync between Sage 100 and Quadient AP. The error message means that SmartSync is blocked from connecting to modules in Sage 100.
How to resolve this sync error
All Modules
SmartSync requires external access to Sage 100 in order to sync information successfully. Log into Sage 100 as the Administrator and open Company Maintenance. Select a company and ensure Allow External Access is enabled under the Preferences tab.
Additionally, check in SmartSync Manager that the correct Company Code is entered.
One or More Module Error
If the error message mentioned one module in particular (for example, AP Vendors), the Quadient AP user may not have the necessary access to Sage 100. Please ensure the Quadient AP user has the permission mentioned in the article here. It is also possible that another user is performing a critical task in Sage 100, blocking access to that module. In this case, please wait until the task is completed, and run another sync.
