Sage 100 Sync Error - Error: The specified path does not exist

Occasionally when syncing invoices from Quadient AP into Sage 100, you may receive the sync error message 'Error: The specified path does not exist'. This error message means that the file path to Sage 100 in the SmartSync app is incorrect. 

How to resolve this sync error

On the server where Sage 100 and SmartSync are installed, open SmartSync Manager. Please note that you may need your IT administrator's help to access your server. In the Integration tab, review the file path to Sage 100 that is entered in the Installation Directory field. 


This file path should end in \MAS90\Home. Update the Installation Directory to point to the correct file path by clicking the Browse button, and click Save in the top right corner to save the change. If your Sage 100 has recently been updated, please check with your Sage 100 Administrator to confirm the correct file path.
