Sage 100 uses the SmartSync application to transfer invoices and list item data between Quadient AP and Sage 100. SmartSync requires the logon information for a Sage 100 user to access Sage 100. If the logon information is entered incorrectly, you will receive the error message 'SY_InvalidPassword Error: The user logon or password does not match'
How to resolve this sync error
In the SmartSync Manager application. check that the username and passwords entered in the Integration tab are correct. Click Save to ensure the changes are saved.
