Autocapute and manual capture email addresses allow you to forward emails from your vendors directly into Quadient AP. You may receive the error message '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555).'
How to resolve this error
This error message means that your Outlook does not allow for external forwarding to emails outside of your company domain. The default Outlook settings block automatic email forwarding for spam protection. Contact your Outlook administrator and request that this setting is changed. For urgent invoices, we recommend emailing the attachment directly to your autocapure or manual capture email as opposed to forwarding it. You can also upload the invoice directly into Quadient AP using the steps in this article.
