Invoices can be uploaded to Quadient AP through one of the following methods:
- Directly in the Quadient AP UI, through the Create tab
- Using an auto-capture or manual-capture email address
- Using the Quadient AP Mobile App
- Using a scanner

How to upload invoices directly into Quadient AP
Within the Create tab, users with the Invoice Creator, Invoice Administrator, or System Administrator roles can upload invoices to Quadient AP. All uploaded documents are visible in the Documents bar on the left. To upload an invoice, either drag and drop the file into the Documents bar or click the 'click to browse' link to browse your computer for the file.
How to upload an invoice using an Auto-Capture or Manual-Capture email
Quadient AP generates auto-capture and manual-capture email addresses for all users. Invoices sent to auto-capture emails go through the Auto-Capture process, while Invoices sent to manual-capture emails stay in the Create tab until you process them.
Quadient AP processes each file sent to a manual or auto-capture email as an individual invoice. We recommend sending multiple files per email if you have multiple invoices to upload. Files with multiple invoices can also be split part in the Create tab. Follow our guide here to split apart invoices.
Users can locate their auto-capture or manual-capture email by going to Settings - My Profile. Under the Profile tab, the email addresses will be visible. The email addresses are based on your company email address, and can not be edited.

How to scan invoices into Quadient AP
Paper invoices can be scanned into Quadient AP. Configure your scanner to auto-forward the invoice image to an auto capture or manual-capture email address.
