Customizing the purchase order image template - NextGen

This article relates to the Quadient AP NextGen UI, which is being released to our customers on a rolling basis. To learn more about the NextGen UI, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Purchase order images can be customized based on a template of information. The purchase order image template is accessible in the Settings section, under the Purchase Orders tab. Both System Administrators and Purchase Order Administrators can edit the image template.

By default, Subtotal and Total will be included on the purchase order image. If you have Tax, Unit Cost, or Quantity enabled these will also be included on the image. All other list items such as G/L Account, Item, etc. can be included or removed from the image. 

Any changes will apply to purchase orders that have not been submitted for approval. Purchase orders already submit for approval or approved will need to be reset The change will affect the PO image, PDF copies, and Reports.

Company logos can be added to purchase order images in Quadient AP. Please reach out to our Support team for assistance.
